Although your IdentiKey password does not expire, it's recommended that you change it manually every 60-90 days, or at least once per semester.
If you have problems with your IdentiKey password, you must contact the central campus ITS Help Desk at 5-HELP (5-4357). The HDS IT Support Staff cannot assist you with IdentiKey password problems.
Housing and Dining Services employees can access their email away from their office via the Internet using Outlook Web Access (click this link and a new browser window or tab will open).
To log on, enter your IdentiKey user name preceeded with "AD\" and your IdentiKey password. (Be sure to use "backslash" after the AD).
If you don't have an antivirus program already installed on your home computer, we STRONGLY recommend that you download eTrust Antivirus free from CU. All university staff, students and faculty are eligible to use this free software.
Remote access to HDS servers, files and applications (that is, access away from your regular desk workstation) is restriced to authorized users only at this time. Please contact your area supervisor or the HDS IT Support Desk if you feel you need access to HDS IT resources from off campus.
